bigtruck® no questions asked return and exchange policy
When we say 1000% satisfaction guaranteed, we really mean it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your bigtruck® hat we will take it back for exchange or refund. No strings or complications of any kind. We cover shipping too. We want to make it right and easy.
Exchanging/returning your hat
bigtruck® wants to get you the hat you deserve. Follow these easy steps to send back your original purchase:
Locate the return label
Your order includes a free return label in the original package. Don’t have the original packaging? E-mail us at email@example.com and we will send you a return label free of charge.
Box up your hat
Along with the return label we have included a small card for you to fill out. If you cannot find the card included, please e-mail us the following:
Once your hat is boxed up, place the shipping label on the outside of the box.
Send back your hat
Take your package to your local FedEx location.
Don’t have a FedEx drop off location near you? Shoot us an e-mail and we will provide a return label with your preferred carrier. (UPS or USPS only)
Refunds on products will be issued upon arrival of the returned product. (Refunds are issued Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 24 hours upon arrival at the bigtruck warehouse to receive your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.)
We want to get you your new hat is soon as we can! Once the return product is received at the bigtruck warehouse, we will send out your new hat! (Products will be shipped Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 24 hours upon arrival at the bigtruck warehouse to allow us to receive your hat and send out your new desired hats. In the event that you are exchanging the original product for a more expensive product, we will reach out to collect payment on the remaining amount before shipping out the new hat.)
