bigtruck® Discounted Sales Policy

 

Thank you for your new hat order! Our sewing machines are running at warp speed to ensure you get your hats as quickly as possible. Please be patient as delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We truly appreciate your support and hope you love your new bigtruck® hat!

 

Discounted Items Policy

 

Due to the deeply discounted prices, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we’re happy to exchange your hat for a 10% restocking fee.

 

No returns or exchanges for Mystery Hats or Custom Hats.

 

Exchanging Your Hat

We want to make the exchange process smooth and easy. Here’s how to proceed:

1. Email Us

Send an email to sales@bigtruck.com with the following information:

Name

Order number

Phone number

Name of the hat you’re exchanging

Desired hat for the exchange

2. Return Shipping

Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions via email. The 10% restocking fee will be applied before the new hat is shipped.

Exchange Details

Once your hat is received at the bigtruck® warehouse, we will ship your new hat within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

If exchanging for a higher-priced item, we will contact you to collect the difference before shipping.

 

International Exchanges

 

For international orders, please return your hat to the address below along with a note that includes:

Your name

Order number

Details of the desired exchange

 

We will contact you to collect payment for the return shipping fee before sending the new item.
